Haven’t been to Aurelio’s to know how great of a pizza they serve. I also appreciated walking into the architectural space. It had a nice, old school, vintage, and woodsy feel with the chandelier lighting and the street signs decorations, as you walk in to be seated. Customer service was great. This is the best pizza in Chicago even though it's in the south suburbs. Yes, it's definitely not Chicago but the pizza in the old oven. Oh my goodness! So good! Simply put, Aurelio's makes arguably one of the world's greatest thin crust pizzas. This is a hotly debated topic around the US (and other parts of the world), so what makes Aurelio's pies so special? It all starts with their sauce. With just a slight hint of sweetness, this richly flavored sauce adds an incredible amount of flavor to every pie.
