I am disappointed with their online offering menu process. It gave me the option to pay online or at the store. I get to the to go to pick up my food and I was not informed that I had to go inside to pay for my order. Then I was informed that credit card must be used for them to bring your food out. I called into the restaurant and the cashier failed to tell me to come inside to pay for my food as a result I waited outside for a long time. Correct your website do not give the...read full review

This location is not what it used to be. They don't have enough people working, the wait is long even when they aren't super busy. The Triple Dipper has changed and I had to request the sauces that should come automatically and when I did get them (major delay, my food was cold) I only received 2 of the 3 usual sauces. Our waitress was nice but she seemed underwhelmed for a service worker.

Terrell was our waiter, and he was amazing!!!My mom is in the early stages of dementia sadly. She asked him about a baked potato 5 different times, and at no time did he display irritation towards her repetition.Our food was delicious and we had a great experience.
