I always get a nice, fresh protein drink after my workout. They are located inside the LA Fitness on Rand road in Lake Zurich, IL. The owners are great, and provide good service. They offer different nutritional supplements, and the prices are reasonable. Give them a try.....
The two owners are amazing. Both Carolyn and JR go above and beyond any other supplement shop, always going that extra mile for their customers. They always have what I need in stock and their shakes are delicious. Would highly recommend Express Nutrition over any other supplement shop

I'm not a member of LA fitness but I wanted a smoothie and they have a great selection! Carolyn and Jr were very helpful, nice and personable! I'll DEF be back to try the other smoothies they carry. I tried "The Emily" w/ chia seed and it's very very good! They also use delivery services like Uber and DoorDash! Thank you for being my knew go to place!
