I want to praise Carter, who seems to be a team lead or manager at the Lake Zurich location. He was friendly, greeting customers as they entered the door. Was very helpful at the counter, helped staff server food, clean tables and move about the restaurant checking with patrons that their visit was going well. The service was great as well as all the food. Try the pecan cheesecake!
I love this place. It's so family friendly and the food is always top quality. The employees are super helpful and great at communicating and fixing issues if ever need be. The tea is amazing and the overall aesthetic of the place is very welcoming.
