Kid at the rugster had no idea what he was doing or what we were asking for. Checked with the manager who said everything was correct, come to find out it wasn't. We were all charged for large bowls of soup instead of cups. Stood at the register for like 10 before we left to get it corrected and couldn't find anyone and no workers came to ask us a thing.
It's amazing that a coffee place always seems to have empty containers for coffee. They don't put out cups to serve yourself anymore but at least they don't destroy land. The food is quite over-priced for what you get.Vegetarian options: Expensive place even if you don't like eating dead animals.

This review is for the Lake Zurich location. The food was fine, but the drive thru for online orders is horrendous. I ordered online, I received a text that it was ready, and then I got in line. When I got to the pickup window, no one came to the window. I honked, still no one. I called, no one answered the phone. When someone ordered in the line behind me, they finally came to the window. They thought I was the guy behind me. Grrrr
