The Lake Zurich Taco Bell provided excellent service to the five of us. We ordered on the app, which is easy to use. Took the food out to a table in the shade under a yes tree. Everything was great - generously made, well put together with food evenly distributed on the tacos and bean burritos. We came in an hour before closing and although we did have to wait on some of our food items, the staff were very friendly and notified us several times about the status of our order. The food was very fresh when it arrived. They also didn't mind us waiting inside for our Uber even though we were the last customers inside and they were trying to finish cleaning up. As we were leaving we noticed they have a very nice outdoor seating area as well. Highly recommend this location!

Maria M had probably been on her feet for many hours, as I ordered during the last hour before (I think) 2 AM closing. She was friendly, clear-spoken, and obviously likes her job and likes working with people. I came back around again because I forgot a special item, and I heard her cheerful attitude again. Good job, filling meal! I was only passing through but if I'm back in the area I'll remember this is one of the good Taco Bell stores (most are).
