Just left there today 2/19/2024. I called in because I did an online order and didn't want the fruit put on my pancakes. The lady that answered was very nice and helpful but the food leaves alot to be desired. My bacon was burnt and I asked for over easy eggs and got over cooked scrambled eggs. Would have called and complained but why thats time and gas to redo the order.
IHOP was a really nice suprise. My friend and I had to find a nice place pretty quickly before a movie as the restaurant we had planned to go to closed at 3:00pm. Granted it wasn’t rush time but the IHOP of yesteryear was darker and kind of sticky. This was none of that. The waitress was bright, crisp and so patient with us as we kept talking and not ordering. We both commented how wonderful the whole atmosphere and menu was. Waffles are my personal favorites. Way to go IHOP....read full review
