So we went to a very beautiful church my wife and I like to visit in Libertyville. Our friends joined us there and after the maid we visited this restaurant for lunch. First time here came on a Sunday morning & got seated right away. Nice selection on the menu. As everything else nowadays prices are a bit high for some items, but I guess it was pretty fair for others. I ordered the Belgian waffle with strawberries & bananas with a side of hash browns & bacon. My hunny got an omelet. We were both happy with our choices! My hasbrowns did come out a bit cold, but our waiter had no issue putting in another order & it came out hot! Will def go back.
The restaurant needs to be updated a little more. It is too dark in there with those orange lights that are hanging down and the floor needs to be refinished. But the food is very good. And I still keep coming back with friends to show them that this is a family restaurant.
