“Unfortunately, the evening did not start off well. We were told that we had to wait for our reservation for atleast 10-15 min after our original time, even though we showed up early. Then after waiting, we were told another 15 min. Noticed that they seated other groups that were walk ins so I guess they were given priority. We had two young children who were starving so we decided to leave and just as we did, the manager came running after us and asked us to stay. They turned around a table and even through a pizza in the oven for the kids, no charge. The food was good, not great. Felt a little rushed as it was now kind of late for dinner and they were getting ready to close. Wouldn't mind giving them another try but will likely favor other restaurants over this one.“
“Everything is homemade from scratch, and just delicious! I've tried so many things on their menu and most recently tried their special pasta with asparagus in a lemon cream sauce and it was just heaven. I have to mention I'm GF and their fresh homemade GF noodles are the best I've ever had! “Ordered a pizza from here through Door Dash. Pizza came like it was completely laid on it's side with all toppings in the end of the box. Call Door Dash...nothing they can do except give me $5.00 which doesn't even cover the driver tip.***UPDATE**The owner of Rosati's Lombard called me the next day and sent me another pizza at no charge to make up for the Door Dash issue. I was very appreciative of that and happy with the response and resolution and great customer service!“

Food was very deliciousPasta Alfredo, steak, salad, and kids meal was very very good.Server was very attentive to us, got us refills without even asking us making sure we were taken care off. “Service was great. Employees were very pleasant and enthusiastic with serving you. Pizza was fresh and hot. I got Hawaiian style, stuffed pepperoni and sausage, and garlic breadsticks. Breadsticks were soft and delicious. Prices were moderate for food court prices.“
“Been a while but food has consistently been good...even if we have to wait some time to get seated. So much food! Always a take-away with us. Wasn't crazy about the Margherita Pizza, though. There are plenty of other restaurants that do it better. Spaghetti & Meatballs still my favorite but I've tried a few other dishes that I was really impressed with. We like the atmosphere even if somewhat busy/loud/crowded. Glad to know Buca di Beppo is here for delicious Italian!“
“1st time here and man the reviews are spot on , i went inside and the place was crowded so that's always a good sign. I ordered the meatball sub because I saw a Chicago's best sign that recommended it and man it was probably one of the best I ever had.Meatballs were tender , flavorful and that marinara sauce was high quality and extremely satisfying.I also tried the rice balls with meat and red sauce , that was a good snack to eat with my sub very flavorful and definitely filling for 1 person.This place is relatively cheap as well , my sub was $8 bucks with cheese and the rice ball was $5 with red sauce.Needless to say I'll be back because nothing beats good cheap food !!!Kid-friendliness: Tons of places to sit for kids , also an extensive menu.“
