“Unfortunately, the evening did not start off well. We were told that we had to wait for our reservation for atleast 10-15 min after our original time, even though we showed up early. Then after waiting, we were told another 15 min. Noticed that they seated other groups that were walk ins so I guess they were given priority. We had two young children who were starving so we decided to leave and just as we did, the manager came running after us and asked us to stay. They turned around a table and even through a pizza in the oven for the kids, no charge. The food was good, not great. Felt a little rushed as it was now kind of late for dinner and they were getting ready to close. Wouldn't mind giving them another try but will likely favor other restaurants over this one.“
“I stopped after work for an Italian beef sandwich. It's one of my favorites. And they can get it ready in about 10 minutes while I wait.Fabulous pizza also! I love the extra thin crust they offer.The people there are always friendly, it's a great local restaurant.“

“Ordered a pizza from here through Door Dash. Pizza came like it was completely laid on it's side with all toppings in the end of the box. Call Door Dash...nothing they can do except give me $5.00 which doesn't even cover the driver tip.***UPDATE**The owner of Rosati's Lombard called me the next day and sent me another pizza at no charge to make up for the Door Dash issue. I was very appreciative of that and happy with the response and resolution and great customer service!“

“Not a bad spot! I ordered this place for delivery as I was really craving an Italian beef that wasn't Portillos, and Trianos came up on my feed. I ordered an Italian beef and then their garlic knots. The Italian beef was okay, I got the gravy on the side so it didn't get soggy, but I feel like it would've been better on it so that could be on me. I wish it had a little bit more flavor but it was fine. Their garlic knots were interesting, not your typical garlic knot. They were tossed in garlic sauce and cheese, and they weren't bad either. Not the best I've ever had though! Next time I will have to try their pizza.“

I spoke with Becca a few weeks ago about what she would reccommend for our event and group size and she was so helpful.The food was delicious and she set everything up for our party before she left. My company was really impressed, she made me look like a professional party planner.Vegetarian options: We ordered the Roma Tomato Mozzarella sandwiches as our vegetarian option and they were delicious!Dietary restrictions: We have a man in our office who is Celiac and this is the 2nd time Becca has gone out of her way to make sure that he is accounted for and has a tasty compeltely gluten free lunch.“
“Went to a Friday night show of metal! Bands were amazing. We reserved a table in the venue, service in the venue was spot on. Our server never missed a beat checking on us, making sure we had everything we needed. Beers never ran out at our table. She made sure everyone was taken care of. Awesome job guys! “Service was great. Employees were very pleasant and enthusiastic with serving you. Pizza was fresh and hot. I got Hawaiian style, stuffed pepperoni and sausage, and garlic breadsticks. Breadsticks were soft and delicious. Prices were moderate for food court prices.“

The hot wings and garlic are perfect!!!The menu is 100% halal-certified. They have a wide menu of items including typical Midwest American fare as well as Middle East cuisine.I found Zak's several years ago when I worked just a few blocks north of Zak's on Main Street in Lombard. I am glad that I did. Zak and his family are very friendly. They always welcome special requests.Parking: The parking lot is shared with the barber shop next door. Parking is limited during the day on Saturdays but fine otherwise.Kid-friendliness: All ages are welcome. Tables can be arranged for various family gatherings and groupings.“
“This place was delicious! We got the bbq chicken and gyro pizza as well as the combination gyro/chicken over rice. The pizza was made to near perfection, had a good crunch with an impactful flavor. The rice dish was good; it was very flavorful, but I think the meat to rice ratio was a bit off (needed more rice) and I wish the pita was toasted rather than microwaved. Aside from that I was very happy with everything and will definitely be back!“
