I've lived in the Chicago area my entire life, and there's no shortage of pizza places -- but I wanted to leave a review for this particular Rosati's in Lombard, because their service is always a slice above. My Italian family has always enjoyed Rosati's pizza, and my elderly Italian mother is an especially huge fan. I call in ask do they sell slices of pizza and was told yes I went to go buy a slice of pizza and the guy gave me an extra slice just for doing business with them that was really sweet of him. I appreciate it.

Ordered a pizza from here through Door Dash. Pizza came like it was completely laid on it's side with all toppings in the end of the box. Call Door Dash...nothing they can do except give me $5.00 which doesn't even cover the driver tip.***UPDATE**The owner of Rosati's Lombard called me the next day and sent me another pizza at no charge to make up for the Door Dash issue. I was very appreciative of that and happy with the response and resolution and great customer service!
