It's a hit or miss for me at White Castles. Today the food was room temp. I like my food piping hot. All I ordered was 1 burger. My rule of thumb is- if a customer order 1 item you need to put your best foot forward. There's nothing else in the bag could satisfy them.
Saturday night only three people working. They kept smiles on like a champ and just kept working through. It gave us our order piece by piece but it was right and in question when we told them we were missing something… Good job to the crew tonight it’s not always easy when you’re shorthanded but you guys did greater
