I've been to Rascal's a few times - mostly when they had a band playing. This time I was just meeting someone, it was a Sunday night, and probably was only 10% full.As I was waiting for my guest a very nice server came over and asked if she could do something for me. I explained I was waiting for someone and pointed to a table I was considering. She said, "I recommend sitting at this table here next to the fireplace." I looked and agreed with her. It seems they are always understaffed. The staff is friendly and they try but there never seems to be enough of them to really cover the crowd. Tuesday night bingo is the best though!

Ok let me start by saying they have one of the biggest selections of non-alcoholic beers. Service was absolutely amazing and the server was very knowledgeable of what they had in stock and what was not in stock. Being that we were there for Saint Patrick's Day they informed us that they did have green beer and they can make any beer green but it would be food coloring. I highly recommend it if you just want to come and hang out here for one beer or make it your daily hangout.
