La Fiesta is the best Mexican restaurant I've been to. I wish I would have discovered it sooner. I got the carne asada, the meat was tender and melts in your mouth. Their corn tortillas were the best I've ever had! Definitely recommend.
Visiting my girlfriend’s family for Christmas and I didn’t know what to expect in this little town of Marion. I got 6 tacos, Al Pastor/Lengua/Carnitas, and they were all very authentic and phenomenal. The Al Pastor was authentic, not my favorite but still good. The Carnitas was on point, a little crispy too which is authentic. The Lengua, pictured, was some of the best I ever had!!! This restaurant will always hold a special place in my heart, as it was the restaurant that my mother and I visited every single Sunday after church when I was growing up. I don't know why, but now that she's gone, and has been for years now, it feels nice knowing that the waiter remembers her. If I had to choose one restaurant, and one restaurant only, it will forever be La Fiesta.
