Not sure how they even stay in business, hours change by the day. I can't believe a pizza place would close at 7:00 pm on a Friday night, or even at 8:00. By the time most people get home from work and decide what they want to do on a Friday night it is almost 7:00. Don't expect to eat here. We love the pizza and salads when we can get in before they close. Might as well just go ahead and close permanently.
We live 200 miles north of Mackie's and have eaten there every time we're in the area. Last time was 2 years ago. We talked with the owner, who took our order, and had a beer while waiting for our to go pizza. It was EXCELLENT!! Stopped there a week ago expecting the same. Had to wait to even be acknowledged. Ordered 14" sausage, mushroom xtra cheese. Almost 19 bucks. No beer available while waiting. Took our pizza back to motel room. Should have checked it out first. NO mushrooms,...read full review
