“I was here with my daughter for dinner one night. My chicken sandwich was rubbery. It didn’t have a good texture to it at all. I’m not sure why, but it’s never happened before here. The rest of the meals were great. We are always greeted with a smile and with friendliness. An older gentleman brought our food out to our car. He was very sweet. I didn’t catch his name tag, but we liked him a lot.“
“We were visiting from out of town and googled a burger place we found Vicky's and read the reviews and looked at the menu and saw the pictures we were very excited to try Vicky's when we got there there was no wait and it was pretty empty which I personally like. I had the black and blue burger and we shared the cheese curds and both were delicious would recommend if you're looking for some easy American food.“

“The service was slow but not due to the workers. More due to management not properly staffing the establishment. The bartender/waitress deserved some large tips for handling the plus 30 people in there today. I just went in to pick up three pizzas and had to patiently wait to be served. But she had an almost full bar and another 15 people at tables. Food was good but it seems management is lacking.“
“My good friend Maureen threw a party here for her granddaughter’s 9th birthday a few weeks ago and the owner/manager Selena went above and beyond to make her day special! She set up tables and extra crowns. There was Halloween coloring sheets for the kids and she made ordering meals and getting drinks for a party of 13 easy!“
“Very good inexpensive food. The service was great, the guy was extremely educated about his job and extremely honest. The ambiance of the restaurant was very classic and calm and there was nice music with a view of IL 120. During my order the guy accidentally clicked 2 Italian beefs and before giving the food he simple apologized and gave the money back for the extra sandwich. Very respectful.“
