This was the first meal I had eaten after being isolated for more than 12 months. Was I in hog heaven? No. But I certainly was in brisket heaven. The things you take for granted. The butter that goes along with their cornbread has a touch of sweetness to it, is it honey I detect? The brisket is smoked beautifully and melt in your mouth tender. Really enjoyed my food- (beef brisket platter with Mac and cheese & baked beans). The brisket was super moist, tender and flavorful. The hickory sweet sauce was perfect for dipping. The Mac and cheese was not over cooked and gooey like some places. The baked beans were what surprised me though. There were many different kinds of beans that it was made of and the flavor was a mixture between chili and sweet baked beans. Overall I really enjoyed my meal and would come here again.

Best Ribs Ever !!!Been here twice in the past month & every time they find a way to make us want to keep coming back !!From Crystal Lake , but definitely worth the drive. Baby Back Ribs are the way to go !The flavor is unbelievably delicious. Fascinated by this restaurant.
