I have no idea who my boyfriend spoke with tonight but that young man needs a raise! We ordered over a month ago and the order was incorrect, we just called to let them know and they told us to come in and get a free sub on them. We totally forgot until a month later. We explained we completely forgot about it and the young man assured us it was no issue, told us he would have it ready in 15 minutes! This was a nice breath of fresh air with such good customer service! Good job...read full review

Would recommend ordering online over going in to order. Takes 5 people to make the order, 1 to make it, 3 to watch, and one is over somewhere mopping the floor. Everyone just stands and looks at each other dumbfounded. Ordered Last night, my cheese didn't even make it into my cheese steak... I’ve been to a variety of Jersey Mikes stores. This place is open, clean, and quick. They are never understaffed. They don’t waste your time. They get whatever sub you order spot on and have an underrated location. If you order Jersey Mikes I recommend the one in McHenry for sure!!
