You order on kiosk and pick up at window and there is drive thru. No improvement six years later they still have some very rude person working the drive-through who refuses to allow you to pick up your mobile order through the drive-through. She says you must come inside it. It doesn’t matter what reason you have for needing the drive-through and needing to use your app you must come inside and then they put it in a big plastic bag and glue it shut and don’t give you a straw.
