“I had never been here before, but a busy day, forgot my lunch at home, was driving by and saw their drive thru sign. Young man on the speaker had a very nice voice and was very clear spoken and easy to understand. I bought two hotdog meals and a large drink. I struck out on my first couple drink choices as I am not a Pepsi lover, but no worries.The food was prepared fast, the person at the window was courteous and polite and I was in and gone in about 8minutes total time.The hot dogs were great, but the fries?! The fries were FABULOUS!!! Crispy but not brown. Salted perfectly. I usually only eat a couple fries and then take some home for my dog as a treat and then throw the rest away.None went home to the dog and None were thrown away!Thanks for a great fast lunch Lucky Dog Hot Dog!“
“The food and the service was great here today. I had to meet with a client and we chose this IHOP as our meetup location. We were both very surprised and happy with our visit. “After a long day at work my husband and I decided to stop at BK. We live right around the corner from it and have visited this location several times. This was the first time we were greeted with just a friendly and uplifting personality through the drive through speaker. Once we met her at the window her bubbly and friendly personality shined even more. She was super sweet and it allowed us to end our long day on such a positive note. The best customer service I’ve had in a while and will definitely be coming back and hopefully have her attend us again.“
“I placed a mobile order through the app and let me say, this is the first McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to that gave me EVERYTHING fresh. I was shocked lol. I got like 7 things too and their customer service was very good, great experience!“
“When I tell you that breaksfast sandwich (bacon egg and cheese w/honey butter) was everything this morning and not to mention the potatoe wedges was on point. Everything was so fresh and hot. And to top it off the guy who served me this morning had excellent customer service hand down. Like he literally made my morning because he had a smile on his face he was polite and I had no problems. And thank you to the Cook the Cook my breakfast because that was 10 out of 10 literally. The fact that this is my first time ever getting the picture like Wendy’s sandwich was amazing. Thank you again for this morning breakfast. “I cautiously entered the aging bowling alley to decide for myself if Boba Burger is as good as I've heard. After circling the parking lot to find a space during league play it better be.The menu is a big sign on the wall and there are a lot of interesting choices. The prices are good, too. The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful. I ended up ordering the Seoul Burger.It was simply incredible. Kimchi, kalbi glazed bacon, fried egg. A perfect blend of flavors and textures, and no cutting corners on quality. So freaking good!The Thai iced tea is delicious, too.SECOND VISIT: It was so good I had to bring my fiance back with me. I guess that friendly guy at the counter owns the place with his brother. Good folks, I enjoy talking to them.She isn't as adventurous as me and ordered the more basic Boba Burger. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly seasoned, perfect sear. She was happy.This time I tried the BBQ Lechon Burger. It isn't as over-the-top as the Seoul Burger but it was still delicious. Lechon is roasted pork belly. Paired with the ground beef, barbecue sauce, and topped with an onion ring, this is another winner.Their Vietnamese iced coffee is really good. The egg rolls are above average, I had to fight her for that last one. Their fries are nicely crisped and well seasoned.Bottom line: Yes, they have earned their reputation and I plan on working my way through the whole menu.Parking: It's inside a bowling alley. If there's league play going on it could be difficult finding a spot close to the door. Otherwise there's plenty of spaces.“
“I have lived away from the Chicago area for 26 years. So whenever I am back I must indulge in a great Italian beef sandwich. I was staying near Midway so I decided to give Tony's a try. They did not disappoint. I phone ordered the "big beef" with hot peppers and provolone medium wet to go. They told me about ten minutes. I got there about 30 minutes later expecting to quickly pay pickup and be on my way but had to wait about 5 minutes or so. But I realized this was a good thing as they meticulously assembled the order with the peppers and oil in a separate container which otherwise would have made the sandwich a soggy mess by the time I got back to the hotel. The beef was perfectly moist and seasoned and the sandwich was huge. I only planned to eat one half but could not stop. The staff was super friendly. It is pretty much a take out spot with a small counter eat in area and a small off the street parking area in the back. I highly recommend Tony's for any connoisseurs of the Chicago style Italian beef sandwich.“
