Don Alfredo has the best carnitas period! They are delicious and paired with the hand made tortillas are out of this world. They offer carnitas, guisados, tacos, burritos, guac and all the add-ons that will make your experience top notch! Don't hesitate, because the swine is divine! ??
Heard about this place from my wife and after seeing it on tiktok we decided to stop there. Ordered the carnitas of course and the chicharon in salsa verde. Caritas were super juicy and all the tacos came loaded with meat. The chichrones in salsa cerde were sweeter and loaded with flavor. Their bottled sauces were tasty. Red has a little kick but the green was sweeter and went well with the carnitas. Definitely want to go back and try everything else they have to offer.

Ridiculously good authentic tacos. homemade tortillas were amazing, but I’d also recommend you try some of the other more traditional menu items. The tacos were terrific value, and the service was happy and efficient. I’m really excited to get back to try some of the things on the menu I couldn’t get to. Really authentic flavors and totally worth the experiment since it’s not in my normal trade area.
