So my daughter & I went 2 the Melrose Park, Il. location. It rained all day & when the server gave her our food, she had 2 ask 4 a bag, then he rolled his eyes @ her, because her hands were full, that he finally opened the bag 4 her, with an attitude 2 boot. REALLY??!! No1 told u 2 work there & if you're gonna act like that, have an attitude & roll your eyes.....WOW!!!! I really hope whoever's in charge, has a talk with employees about "How u don't act towards our customers "!!!!

Ordered $50+ of food last Saturday at ~1055am ,for delivery, and was told it would take 20 minutes. If that is freaky fast then I'd hate to see freak slow!!! Sorry your slogan Jimmy John's not mine!!! BTW the distance between the store and delivery location is 1/2 mile!!!

This place is no doubt one of the tastiest place in the neighborhood. Whenever I come to this place I am deeply happy. They manage their very high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they provide. You will be always satisfied with this restaurant. Highly recommended.
