What ever happened to Wendy's HOT food?Drive thru is dead slow.Dine in/Take out takes 20 min to order and 15 min to get your food.The food is cold when you get it. Workers are so lazy, they will make any excuse to not work. They will lock the lobby area, so everyone is forced to use the drive thru. Then they would make an excuse that their system isn’t working or they are only accepting cash/mobile

We were greeted as if we were disturbing the young lady at the counter. The burger was partially cold, as if it had been sitting, and the fresh cut fries were definitely not freshly cooked. Drive a little further to the next location.
