I ordered two steak biscuits. They were literally hard as rocks and dry, so dry un edible so I called to let them know that this needed to be replaced and they agreed to replace it so this morning I went in there picked up my replacement order. They were colder than day before and still as hard, I tried repeatedly and can’t get an answer. I have tried to call several times in the last hour so buyer beware please go elsewhere because you can’t get an answer and if you do get the food, replaced it and dry and hard and cold, just know it will be the same thing the next day never fresh,

There was one great kid running the whole place tonight Feb 16th. ? but they no longer let him use the char broiler here. He Said management wouldn't let him. Char is the only reason I go to Hardee's. If this is a nation wide thing I won't be back till the broilers are on.
