Got a number 16 regular. The asked me if I wanted sauerkraut & what kind of cheese I wanted & thousand island dressing. I said it comes with cheese ,sauerkraut & dressing. I asked her add pepperoncini & onions which I never got. Don't know if they need more training g or what that experience was awful.Overall: Good food.
Waited an insane amount of time for a carryout order eventhough there were no other people inside and only 2 cars in drive thru. The fries have been waiting done for 10 mins. I'm sure they will be cold.

The sandwich was fine but the cheese for cheddar fries was definitely watered down. The manager was in the wrong position, trying to make all the food by herself while barking at her employees that were try to tell her that the orders were wrong. Sure enough, several orders came back.
