This has always been my go to Subway, and I've never had any issues. However, this last time was a terrible experience. I placed an order for two footlong sandwiches on the app. When I went to pick up my order, I gave them my name and they said there was no order with that name. I showed them my order, and the order was right behind the counter with my name at the top. I was a little bit annoyed, but I was willing to look past it. Sent my kid there. Order cost $11.09. kid gave $20. Got $7 back. Called restaurant and said.it was from change shortage. You'd think they would eat the $0.09 for a kidI hear from others they were doing this.to kids even before the pandemic. Who wants to patronize a place that rips off kids?

Came to this store today 12/23/23 around 2pm first need to use the rest room and then I was going buy sumting but the lady right way reply to me no public restroom her she is mean and there is another gentleman need to use the restroom and she finally open the the restroom for borth with a key this is how you guys treat the customer keep the restroom close all time nice job
