“Love the food, service is excellent and the people are friendly. One thing puzzles me though. Both the Mid Week special and the Family Feast have the same base: Spaghetti, Torpedo and Garlic bread. The Mid Week special comes with Cinnamon Bread which is free, so you're just paying for the base. The Family Feast comes with a quart of soda which is not indicated as free, so you're paying for the base plus the soda. Why does the Mid Week special cost more?“

“I ordered a pizza for delivery to my workplace this afternoon.....I was kinda busy trying to order on my phone and do some billing, and I stupidly forgot to add toppings to my pizza. When I realized my mistake, I called this location to see if I could change my order before it was being made. Of course, my pizza was done and on it's way to me. The person I talked to on the phone (I'm assuming the store/shift manager. I really wish I'd have thought to get the name to mention here) told me they would make another pizza with the correct toppings and send it to me. Absolutely awesome of them!“
“We recently had a group of about 35. The food was delicious and staff were absolutely amazing! Prices are excellent and they were very accommodating in every aspect! I would highly recommend! Hopefully this will be our new family partying spot!“
“In town for a funeral, so we decided to make dinner easy and order pizza. Several people recommended this place. It was out of the way from where we were staying, but being a Yelp reviewer and not one to shy away from trying new things, my wife and I decided to swing out of the way and pick up pizzas for everyone. First of all, pizza was pretty pricey compared to what we've gotten used to in Kansas City. But we're not locals, so maybe those prices are the norm here. Second, when we got home with the pizzas, three were supposed to be pan pizzas but they made them thin crust like the fourth pizza we ordered. Also, on the deluxe pizza, it said peppers and onions, but we really had to search to find them on the pizza. They did put a massive amount of green olives on the pizza, which I had never seen on a pizza before, which made for an extremely salty-tasting pizza. As far as the mess up with the crusts, I did call in about it, and they asked me if I wanted them remade or a refund. Since we were a bit of a way from their location and the ones in the house that don't like thin crust were exploring other dining options, I opted for the refund. Much to my pleasant surprise they did it right there on the phone immediately, apologized for the mistake profusely and sincerely, and told me to have a good evening. Not "I have to get a manager for this" and then some person talking circles around the real issue with offers of coupons or "Next time you're in......" They fixed it immediately! Speaks to great customer service. Because there's always going to be mistakes made in the food business; how they fix the issues is what separates a good business from a bad business, and these people stepped up and owned the issue. Great job! The other two pizzas we purchased that didn't have the green olives.....fantastic! Not a piece of pizza left at the end of the meal. I was the one who loves thin crust, and the crust was perfection. The next time we are in Decatur, I will not hesitate to return here.“

“The food tasted very authentic like I was back in Italy. The service was very friendly and fast. I wished they had my dessert choice ready but alas they did not. So I chose another and it was good. Nice atmosphere as well. Finally another Italian restaurant option that is good in town! Lastly special shout out to Vito he was fabulous and was very good with my mother who is hard of hearing.“
“Haven't been in years, still blew me away. We had amazing service, very attentive, watched our drink level lol. She knew the food, had good recommendations, I had the Stromboli, they had either spicy chicken or BBQ chicken, told her to surprise me, spicy was really good! Tried my mom's pizza, oh man that was good. Highly recommended this place, and I think they make the pasta from scratch! Just make sure to bring cash, they don't take debit or credit cards.“
