I went to dinner today at Chipotle in Naperville and was shocked to see that the same person who collected the orders of the people before me was the same person who came to serve me the dish, and using the same contaminated glove. The place was a disaster, there was maybe one customer in the restaurant and the floor was dirty, the tables weren't clean, for a dead place they were very un kept, the lady packing our food was in a mood and we had to ask for more stuff when she bearly put anything on it, food was Luke warm, very disappointed and will not come back to this store.

There are many problems with this location. The food is sometimes good, but often bad. I, on multiple occasions, went there, and they were out of white rice and said I had to wait 20 minutes for it.
