We had our daughter's 3rd birthday party today (a Sunday), and it was an incredible experience for everyone. Our host, Jackie, did a perfect job. She was very patient with the children (and adults). She also made sure to ask how the birthday girl felt about Chuck e. before he came out for the birthday dance and offered to have him give her some space if she was apprehensive. Started off ok until the amount of fries served was under par. For $4.50 the serving size of fries is 8oz. Pathetic. Everything was fine until the last 5 minutes of closing when we were trying to cash out prizes for the kids. No one was at the counter to service us. As I looked around, one employee who saw me standing at the counter looked at me and looked away. We went late afternoon/early evening this past Monday. This was our first time at this location. Overall, it was very clean. The staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff member that was ChuckeCheese was awesome! He or she, did an amazing job making their rounds and was very welcoming, they definitely brought the vibe!!!
