Had an offer in the app for a $9.99 12" inch two topping pizza. When I placed the order, it changed to $15.99. I called in to ask, and I was told that the offer was discontinued a while ago. No other explanation or offer to help.
Normally when I order from Sarpinos Pizza I am happy, but this is the second time I have ordered and paid for extra garlic butter dipping sauce and not only did I not get it, I didn’t get any garlic sauce. Instead they sent thousand island dressing. Who puts thousand island dressing on a pepperoni pizza? When it happens once I can let it go, but it’s happened twice now.
