I LITERALLY LOVED THIS PLACE! I used to come here all the time, unfortunately they are now hiring anyone. I walked in the other day excited with my family and it genuinely, i kid you not smelt like poop. I walked in on Sunday, admittedly 15 minutes before closing, and it was a new older lady and she was cleaning. This location is closing, and for good reason. I went the other day, got probably 1/8 of a cup (only yogurt, no toppings bc they are all empty), and it was 6 dollars. 6 DOLLARS FOR 3 BITES. The employee told me they are closing Sunday, and it is for good reason. TCBY Oswego is so much better.

This location has gone significantly downhill. Our last visit the yogurt tasted off. It lacked sweetness and had an odd “tang” to it. They have been out of many toppings our last few visits such as Oreo, brownies, cheesecake bites, etc. The place is always empty and I see why. We will be taking our business elsewhere going forward.
