This is the second week in a row my habanero wings had virtually zero habanero sauce on them. I was disappointed. This was a takeout order. The pizza and boneless bbq wings for my husband was very good.
I've been to so many restaurants here in New Lenox and not a single place has a staff that comes close to Rosati's when it comes to helpfulness, kindness, or service. I've got some special dietary needs that aren't always easy to tackle. The staff is always wonderful with answering my questions and preparing our food in a way that is safe. Also, everyone seems so happy and seems to take pride in their work.If you have allergies, this is your place!

I usually order from rosatis new lenox delivery and I just wanted to say that Mike the delivery driver is such a nice guy! He always thanks me and is very personable! I wish customer service was what it used to be and we all know it's not. A little curtisy and just being nice goes a long way especially now days. Thanks Mike and Rosatis new lenox!
