When DoorDash messed up the delivery, the woman who handled my order was so sweet and apologetic, even though it wasn’t her fault. Panera went above and beyond to make up for the DoorDash mishap.
I love being at panera it is a very clean and safe environment to be in period I really enjoy their food and I definitely say in my opinion it's a 5 star review for me, I highly agree that the whole atmosphere of the restaurant is a very clean area to be in they keep the bathrooms Clean 75% of the time and my opinion. Manager Maya is great and very friendly, Joseph is a great worker, he is very friendly and very funny. He has great customer service and honeslty its one of the reasons i always come to this location. He is always doing drive thru and they have a great sip club I say it's totally worth it.
