I love What A Dumplings! From their steamed traditional and kimchi mandoo to meat jumbo dumplings and dumpling soups!I went there today and they have new menu Beef Short rib soup (Gal bi tang) and Stir fried spicy squid dish. We bought Beef short rib soup to go to try at home. It was delicious as we would eat it in LA Korean Town in Cali.We are going back for the Beef short rib soup and Fried dumplings Man doo) next week!

It's the most delicious food I've had on a business trip to the US. The galbitang is more delicious than any galbitang restaurant in Korea. These days, there are no such large and delicious king dumplings even in Korea. I travel to many cities in the U.S. on business trips, but I always worry about food when I come to Chicago, and now I've finally found a good restaurant.
