I've been to this location several times and to Five Guys at several other locations. The food is always consistent location to location. In my recent visit, they were slow but completely slammed. There was not a single table open, and several people were standing and waiting. I'm NOT complaining about the speed at all. I know they cook everything to order. The milkshake we had was okay. I had heard it is one of the best, but I don't think so. They had only two people doing everything, which made the service very slow. The place was extremely cold. We chose to sit outside, even when it was almost 100 degrees.

The food is always decent for 5 Guys. No real complaints there. The staff seems to do a good job however whatever manager on duty is there I don't feel like they actually want to be.
