Uneven food quality and service. The lunch service was excellent but the food was poor; my chicken sandwich was microwaved and very very tough. It was almost impossible to cut with a knife. Breakfast food was surprisingly good, but there was only one server who was overworked.
I went to Jesse's Grill with friends and family for my graduation dinner, and I give them a five-star rating overall. The setting was very nice, and working with the director, Zach, was an absolute pleasure. He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire experience. Zach allowed me to decorate the private room with my preferred colors, and he even created a special menu tailored to my 30+ guests, all at an affordable price. 5/5 this dinner, service, and beautiful atmosphere was so good that I specifically downloaded yelp to give a review. I saw other reviews that were not good. We arrived after long drive from Michigan and I wasn't expecting such an excellent meal. I had the Marriott Burger, other had a Smoked Chicken Panini. They couldn't have been any better. Jason gave excellent service, and the atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful.
