Placed an order for my teenager's hotel party, ended up needing to be delivered thru a 3rd party company and they picked up the food and never delivered. I spoke with the General Manager Michelle twice and she was extremely kind. Her customer experience is one of a kind, she was so apologetic made it right got me my food and gave me a deal. Much appreciated Michelle you saved the party ????
Second time it was perfect! Our first order came with an uncut pizza and was overcooked along with the cheese sticks. After calling and talking to Katrina she made it right and quickly got us a replacement! The delivery guy was also great! Hoping they get it right the first time next time like other Pizza Hut locations in town. Thanks Katrina!
