as always this place is empty- we were the only diners and so it was quiet as could be Service, as always, was very slow. Menu is extensive and the quality of the food (and presentation) were excellent
My mom and I dined at Pavilion for lunch and were surprised to be the only diners there. The waiter was clearly annoyed that he had customers. Absolutely no friendliness displayed at all. My mom got a soda to drink and they did not even put ice in it! The food took forever to be brought to the table. After it arrived, our waiter just sat in a booth next to the kitchen and relaxed. The food I DID get was very good. I ordered ukha, they were out of that. I ordered borscht, they were out of that as well. I ordered herring but also out of that lol.I ended up getting verenyki & salad and they were both great but how are we out of 3 out of 5 dishes ordered?
