If they could get their orders straight they would merit more stars.Today ordered 2 chili's to go.Got one chili and one vegetable soup. Not the first time this has happened.Just plain carelessness.
I don't visit here often but usually enjoy the sandwiches. I typically order a dream bar and shake as a treat. The dream bars are no longer nice and tightly wrapped like they used to be. Ordered a shake, too much milk so the shake was loose and the butter cookie was soft and stale...$5 dollars wasted. One of the workers rubbed his face with the back of his hand did not go to wash his hands. They do put on gloves before they touch the food, but still. Next time I'm in the mood...read full review

This Potbelly's always serves tasty sandwiches and salads with a smile. I'm almost always in a hurry when I eat here, but that's never a problem. They get me in and out quickly and never have they gotten the order wrong.
