I don't know why I bother. A few times a year I fancy chicken and forget how this place can never meet simple expectations of a fast food drive thru. Drive thru takes 10 min, hen they'll prob be out of ice, take 20 min for spicy chicken or not have coke or sprite ugh. I'm sorry for the workers, it's not their fault they run out of everything and they work hard with what they can deliver...

Most of the time it’s just a mess of an operation and if you are patient, you will get your food and it kind of meets expectations. Today several of my pieces of chicken tasted like they were fried with the fish and had a very strong fishy taste. Service was also slow, incorrect pieces in the order.
