Went to this location for lunch, the cashier had a 'sour' look on her face and could barely understand her, looked like we bothering her! Placed our order...why do they ask what drink do we want when we get our own drinks! Also we were missing one item, had to wait several minutes to even tell them we were missing an order.. there was a small group of teenagers there that were a nuisance the manager should have told them to leave...oh yes where was the Manager...terrible service....read full review
One star is one star too many. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, they shorted me change and when I finally got my food the bun of my cheese burger was hard. The person handing me my food gave me a dirty look..I said thank you and she didn't respond and shut the window. The Ofallon, IL McDonald's is by far the worst! Similar experience last time I went. I WILL NOT be going back. I can understand being busy.. Which they really weren't.. But there's no excuse for being plain...read full review

A few issues at this McDonald’s. One, this McDonald’s is down the road from a McDonald’s training center (so you would think this McDonald’s would be on point). Overall, extremely slow service. I’ve ordered on the app to pickup at the counter, to have to wait when I’m inside 20 minutes for my food.
