I like hooters wings... on 4-6-24 at 8pm i ordered 50 wings the time before this ordered 50 and got less than 50 i informed the manager of not having the number of wings i ordered and was told the next time i come they would give me the 5 wings. So i ordered 50 wings for $73 and ask that the manager make sure my order was right this time WHY DID MY ORDER COME 8 WINGS SHORT? and what was worse was when i informed the manager he acted as if i was tripping about what i paid for and did not get. The point is you should always get what you pay for. NOT AT HOOTERS. All i have to say is "Never Again" the reason i'm giving 3 stars for the wings is because i really couldn't enjoy them. Poor Management and Too high of a price to cheat , and not give people what they pay for BUYER BEWARE

Inasmuch as I randomly give Hooters a try again, the food everytime leaves me grossly underwhelmed. The atmosphere-good, the service-okay. However, the food left a whole lot to be desired. Maybe I'll try them again in another 3 - 4 years.Parking: If you don't have a disability placard, be prepared to walk a lil distance. Every space in front of the restaurant is designated for disability parking.
A rather disorganized mess. Waitresses don't know what they're bringing or what they've already brought, I ate my food before my dinner partners even got their food...overall pretty terrible. Waitress was NICE, but ineffective. Rough. Very, very rough.

Dined here last night after not eating at Hooters in a while. Like most corporate America food, their portion sizes and quality has drastically declined. The wings have gotten smaller with an almost laughable price. To make matters worse, my food was lukewarm at best when it came out. Not a great way to keep people coming back. Definitely will not get me back in this place. Much better places in the area to grab wings.

Service continues to be horrible. Ten minutes to be greeted once seated. Twenty minutes before I was told they were out of bitters and could not make my Old Fashioned. Another ten minutes before I received the bourbon I ordered as an alternate. Before I got. Y drink she delivered the wrong type of wings (naked, not Daytona). After dropping off check I was ready for her to return and watched as she bussed three other tables before coming back to my table. I tried to enlighten this young server how she could be better and she dug her heels in and argued with me. Then, as I explained all this to the manager on the way out, the server interrupted us twice to argue further. You need to do better Hooters!

I just wanted to say Annabelle is so nice and amazing. I gave her an amazing tip because she deserved it. She is the face of hooters in Orland Park and she is so beautiful and sweet. I wish her the best in life. Her name is like the scary movie that’s what she told me but anyway she’s amazing. Also my face book is Abe khalil and if you guys ever need glasses or contacts let me know I work with an eye doctor

They never seem to have enough servers on the weekend, so it takes 45 minutes to be seated even when they have empty booths

Just left there with 3 other guys, the manager took all of our IDs and told us they all looked questionable because they were out of state. Might wanna do a little research and have a better attitude when talking to customers, this coming from someone that works in the food industry. Ungodly unprofessional.
