This location is now permanently closed, and I'm not surprised. I went here a few times, and every time was bad. Their kitchen was filthy. The bathrooms were always filthy. The food tasted old, and there really wasn't much positivity coming from that location. I stopped eating there after I had one of their chicken sandwiches and got really really bad stomach pain shortly after.

Same as the previous customers, I wish there was an option to rate zero stars...I have ordered chicken to go from here two times in the past and each time when I got the chicken home it was over-cooked to the point that the skin of the chicken was very dried out and tasteless!Will never go back to this location... I'd rather drive out of my way to a restaurant that consistently serves chicken the way that KFC used to!

Good luck. This KFC is "hit or miss" at best. They don't observe published hours, and you only might get what you ordered. On the plus side, the orders I've gotten are fresh and the staff is very nice.

Most unprofessional management I arrived in drive thru and was told “we ain’t got nothing we bout to close” while laughing with staff turning away paying customers. The standard is VERY LOW their HIGHLY SUGGEST NEW MANAGEMENT TAKE CONTROL as a franchise this is a disgrace….

I last went to the Orland KFC a few years ago but recently had my son pick up some food here a couple of weeks ago since it’s close to home and he had a sheet of coupons deals. The Chicken was as bad as I remembered, so dark brown and dry. Why so dark? I felt like it was sitting in a warmer all day. Sides were ok but the mashed potatoes looked a little translucent for some reason. The only thing that was good were the biscuits. Never again at this Location. I went to the OakForest location today and the food and service was leaps and bounds better.

I placed an online order to be ready at 8:30-ordered well in advance. I arrive at 8:31. My order wasn’t ready until 8:50. The staff was friendly, but friendly is t enough to make up for wasting my time. Disappointing.

If I could give zero that’s too much for these stuff the chicken had old the taste like burnt fish lazy staff I asked for fresh chicken they said we don’t have more chicken for tonight that was at 7:30pm
