Cramped tables, terribly slow service, and the sushi was lower quality than what one might expect to find at even the Jewel Osco next door. The fried rolls were badly burnt, and the raw rolls and sashimi were very poorly cut and prepared. Many pieces of the sashimi looked like the chef literally ripped a random hunk off of the fish, and both raw rolls were not cut. It was impossible to eat a single piece without it all falling apart as most pieces were attached to one another due to the lack of preparation.I blame the service on the owner as the restaurant was painfully understaffed. I felt horrible for the poor teenagers they had as food runners…they had to run the place while the lady with short hair Who I presume was the owner or a manager ran around yelling at everyone, Employee and Customer alike.Strongly recommend anyone looking for an all you can eat sushi deal in the South Suburbs to drive 5 minutes further down Lagrange to Sushi Nova in Orland Park. It trumps the offerings at Mizu in every possible way, including price!

Make sure you do the all you can eat! With both sashimi and sushi both super fresh and delicious, the only reason I am giving this a 4star is because the way the servers were, was told "next time you order make sure you do it right" and I thought this was unprofessional and rude, but otherwise the atmosphere and surrounding was very nice, and sushi was on point.

Great food, HORRIBLE SERVICE. I’ve been to this restaurant 5+ times and put up with the waitress’ rudeness every time because the food was good - but after tonight, I will not be returning. A kids meal took over an hour to arrive. Our first all-you-can-eat order took 30+ minutes to arrive and was missing items. Our second all-you-can-eat order was not what we ordered and took even longer to come. The waitress rushed us to order, was impatient when we asked about our order, walked away while we were speaking to her, and ignored us while we tried to get her attention. When we asked for a discount because of the poor service, order errors, and long delay times, she refused, saying “you ate the food, didn’t you?” She kept interrupting, saying “thank you, thank you” repeatedly and then walking away (there was a language barrier). When we raised our issue with her service, she said that she had other customers to take care of. I can’t believe that this is how they treat paying regular customers. I will never return to this place.

This will always be my favorite sushi place! Great price for all you can eat sushi, the quality is amazing, and the staff is awesome. I moved an hour away and still will make the drive when I can. Irwin who runs this restaurant is such a nice lady and always remembers our names and orders when we go! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I went there for lunch on a Sunday so it was $29.95 per person. All you can eat. The rolls tasted amazing - although they were on the small side. I did like that the special rolls weren’t extra. There is a tip automatically added - which is fine but the service was “eh” waitress was FaceTiming someone the whole time we were there. Despite this - I would go again.Parking: Next to a jewel so plenty of parking.

My group and I ordered miso soup and sushi and they were fantastic! Some of the best-tasting sushi I have had and the space was clean and welcoming. We did not have to wait long for our food and service was quick. I recommend their all-you-can-eat menu!

Currently writing this as I'm sitting in the restaurant. Got here at 6:30 and is currently 8:09pm . I feel bad for the staff because they clearly are understaffed. However, after we arrived they kept taking big tables when they weren't successful in serving the smaller ones like ours that had already been here. We sat down and didn't even get our waters until almost being done with the appetizers for our AYCE. Our sushi (which was a total of 5 rolls and we're not specialty rolls) didn't get to our table until 7:20. While we were eating the rolls we had we tried getting our other sheet out to the staff since we knew it took a long time to get the food. Many attempts were made and on a couple of them our server ignored us. So now it is 8:20 and we're currently still waiting for our other set of sushi which is only 4 regular rolls. We've been here for 2 hours and most of this experience in this restaurant has been waiting for the food to arrive. It's disappointing because the sushi is decent.

The food is really good! 10/10. The only thing was that they wanted us to leave and we had only been there an hour. But it was good sushi ‍

I've been here a few times and always enjoy. Although, not noted anywhere, they can do gluten free! They have unlimited sushi for about $30 and it all is very good. Be warned that you will be charged for anything you don't eat - which is standard for this type of deal.No complaints, no strong favorites, just overall good solid affordable sushi if you want to max out.

The waiter is very rude and bad service and charged us more. There’s better sushi places than this i regret paying $100 for this.
