I wish I could give this place no stars. I came here last night with our party being of just 3 people. We were seated at 7 PM and weren’t served our food until 7:45 PM. They had only one host/server who never apologized to us about the wait or even check on us if we needed anything. The plates and utensils were dirty. The area above the seating which is at eye level was full of dust. The sauce bottles were dirty and crusty. The menu has prices taped over and hand written which made it look unprofessional. We only had ordered like 5 items on the menu and 2 of them being appetizers. They served us the kimchi first which literally makes no sense because that should be served with our meals. The water tasted very bad like it was not filtered. I honestly would never come back here again and recommend to avoid this place. This was an awful experience. The kicker was that they included the tip on our bill. I’m sure they know people don’t like to tip them because they lack customer service and hospitality.

Ordered the beef chow fun tonight from the Orland Park location. It was so incredibly bland and oily. Tasted like plain noodles with bland beef. Won't order from here again. Blah. Just tried the egg roll I ordered, can't taste anything but salty MSG. What a waste.

Raised their prices WAY too high!!?? $12+ for a large fried rice?? Just because you remodeled, you don't need to recoup all that money right away! Fried Blue Crab went from $5 to $9! Everything is outrageous now. I understand some of the increase is because of the biden administration screwing this country, but come on! Rice costs next to nothing! Rant over

The food at MO's is average Chinese food. The quality has gone done over the years. Their eggrolls taste like peanut butter, they need to seal them with something different. Their sushi is overpriced and the quality is poor. They could do better.
Food is ready in 5 min for dine in, but is it already precooked hmmm. Orange chicken is chicken strips not the actual orange chicken you buy else where like at panda hmmmm. Yes the place is remodeled but the quality of food has gone down hill!!! Wouldn’t recommend this place for any one trying to eat quality fresh food.

Very kind counter cashier. Elegant interior remodel went well recently. My Beef Lo Mein was tender and flavorful. The milk tea was also delicious. I appreciate the attention to my special instruction as well, from the kitchen. Thank you.

I've been here many times and I really love the food here. There is plenty of variety to choose from on the menu, and it is well-seasoned. The service is polite and quick. Most recently, upon entering, we were greeted and seated in less than a minute. Our server quickly provided water and asked if we were ready to order. This night, we ordered chicken fried rice, chicken egg foo young, and orange chicken. The fried rice is my favorite at this location, with extra green onions! Our food was delivered to our table in approximately 10 minutes! Not only is the food delicious and quick, but they have also made interior improvements since COVID. The decor is swanky and more modern. The restrooms are always clean, too.
