Went to mrs fields today and wanted to get some sugar cookies with icing. Didn’t have any made so I asked can I get some sugar cookie mini sandwiches and other icing(might I add never had an issue getting someone to make them before ) wanted about 12 of the mini cookie sandwiches … I have 6 people in my house . She says well I can only 2 a couple we aren’t suppose to do this for people …. Since when ? Because I have never heard that they won’t do this . After she rings me up for my 2 cookie sandwiches and 2 cookies I ended up getting my for 2 children I had with me . Immediately went back to get friend that was hanging out waiting for her and gossiping about their day . Horrible customer service !

It's been years since I visited a Mrs Fields shop.Frequented one often when I worked in downtown Chicago. Found myself in the Orland Mall, saw the little shop and decided to stop by and recapture a bit of youth.Alas, it's true what they say, you can never go back.As far as taste, there's just a hint of the old recipe I remembered and the chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamian and oatmeal cookies are much thinner now. The cookies were so undercooked that they turned into a mound of dough inside the bag by the time my son and I made it to our car.Disappointed to say the least.

We ordered a large cookie for my son's bday party-we went to pick it up and the girls says "oh, I didn't know we had any orders today, our baker didn't even come in." How terrible and irresponsible! Luckily, I was able to go upstairs in the mall to Nestlé to get one made in an hour....I hope it will be good. Mrs. Fields has lost my business indefinitely!

The large cookies are great, but expensive. Haven't tried many of the other sweet concoctions, brownies, peanut butter dream bar etc. Places like this are great for picking up baked goods on a Monday when most traditional bakeries are closed. My one complaint tho is they open around 10am and if you get there at 10:30 to purchase and get out of there quickly, they have barely nothing in the case for sale and you have to wait while the clerk bakes. They really need to get in there earlier so as to have a decent amount of product available for when customers come in a 10am.
