I normally love Noodles & Co, and I’ve had it in multiple states but at this location the food lacked flavor and quality. My daughter is almost 3 and she wouldn’t eat her Mac n cheese until I put salt on it at home and her broccoli side was undercooked and still slightly hard. (She did love the rice crispy and the apple juice!) My Japanese noodle bowl also lacked flavor with very little seasonings and the steak was very overdone and quite chewy. The udon noodles itself were ok there was very little sauce in the bowl which made the dish very dry to eat with the overdone steak. Basically the only thing I enjoyed with my bowl was the small baguette piece that I paid $1.75 for. I have no quarrel with the service the ladies were very nice, but the food 100% lacked the flavor and quality I have come to know and love at other locations, especially after spending $20+ for a lunch. I am frankly just disappointed and wish I ordered elsewhere.

It's been a while since I've been to a Noodles and I know that inflation sucks, but I just spent $30 for 2 orders of chicken pad Thai. The two girls working there were really nice but they definitely needed more people in the kitchen during lunch time since one of the girls was also running the register.While the price bothered me, I wouldn't have minded the wait (about 20 minutes) as much except for the fact that 3 people who ordered after me got their food first along with 3 or 4 people who did online orders. I was also bother by the fact that the girl at the register never took off the gloves she was cooking with to handle money and would go right back to touching all the food. I can't blame the staff for the lack of help but it is frustrating to spend your whole break waiting for food and then not being able to eat.

The service was amazing very friendly and accommodating. Abundance of food for a great price. In my opinion, the tortellini was better than Olive Garden's tortellini. Served quick, and with a smile. Love the place will be back.

Even tho there was only 3 people working one of them was moving at the speed of corpse . 20min wait for Mac and cheese on an almost empty restaurant. Also $15.00 dollars for Mac and cheese and a soda ,,, what is this ?

This location has been struggling. Unsanitary and disorganized kitchen results into food not being freshly served. Dirty and Gloomy kitchen vibe when you walk in. This used to be a nice and neat store.

Ordered online for pickup. The ladies working there were fantastic! They were clearly engaged, having a good night, and working hard. I always order pickup and even after 30 min the order is never ready. Never. It’s constant. I always have to wait an additional 10-15 after I arrive which defeats the the ideal of ordering ahead of time so it’s ready. I don’t blame the employees I blame the owner of the Franchise. I understand that it’s hard to get employees, but pay them a buck or two more a hour. .I never have this issue at any other idles, just the Orland park location and it’s absolute, every time.
