Food was flavorful, well prepared. The service was great.
Always a good meal with great service! We will be back soon.
National chain restaurant that is always good. Appetizers (lettuce wraps and wontons) were good. Entrees were good, as well. Our server was Courtney, and she was absolutely wonderful. Great attitude, very attentive and very efficient. Thanks, Courtney!!
A favorite place of mine. The food is always fresh and delicious. We always get the same server who remembers us and is always very kind and helpful.
We were celebrating our Anniversary and the staff made everything perfect for us.
Ok so I want to say that I usually LOVE P.F. Chang's I go all the time snd love their food Today the experience here at this location was absolutely horrible First order the orange chicken Usually the chicken is crispy and spot on Chicken was mushy and breeding all a mess Second I got the Mongolian beef well done Order comes out snd it's def not well done, more on the rare side Service was horrible. Waiter barely checked on our table didn't clean off dirty table between courses. Just a mess today
I used to come here with some friends all the time years ago. Tonight we decided to try it since we haven’t really been out lately. The crab wontons were disgusting looking and tasted so weird, as did the fried rice. The honey chicken had absolutely no flavor at all, and the sushi was nothing great either. The only decent thing we tried were the lettuce wraps and honestly they used to be better. I dunno what’s going on with this place but I would have rather had Panda Express. $60 down the drain.
Thanks for the cold dinner, because your hostess couldn't get off the phone ( customer?) and I was told that you only have one computer for checkout . Pretty bad, waited 12 minutes with my food, for her to get off the phone 08/16/21 at 5 pm, this was at the P.F. Chang's in Orland park
I made a to go order for orange chicken and got charged an extra dollar for fried rice. I got my order, left, and when I went to eat it there was barely any rice at the bottom and the orange chicken was super spicy which is fine but wasn’t expecting that. There was a couple pieces of chicken that hard big green spots that almost looked like mold to me, so obviously didn’t eat those pieces and barely ate any of it really cause the spice and wasn’t enough rice to calm that factor. First and last time ordering from here.
I had a marvelous time. The server was great and so friendly. Food was on delicious and workers did wear mask.
Best waiter ever Sean made the dinner experience twice as good.
Great food. The waiter didn't know what dish was what, but the food was perfect
My sister's and I enjoyed a round of drinks with good service. The food was hot and delicious, and the drinks were ice cold. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone with or without children.
P.F. Chang’s Orland Park is not worth your money or time. I like this restaurant I have been to many different locations from the east coast to the mid-west. Ive had most items on the menu before. However, this locations food is not noteworthy, the Mongolian beef was hard as a rock and felt like wood chips in your mouth. The shrimp with lobster sauce seemed to be a bit off (meaning I think the shrimp was bad). The manager was very nice and the staff was nice I’m just not sure what’s happening in the kitchen.
The server was great. I left him a good tip. The food was subpar. It has been about 6 years since I went to this chain. Back then the food was great but the service was horrible.
