I ordered two breakfast entrees. They did not know how to take a gift card as a type of payment. They failed to include the Lingonberries for the Swedish Pancakes and the jam for an English muffin. I called to let them know. The young lady said, “my bad” and did I want to drive back for it. I said no thank you and that it would be pain in the posterior to return.

My family and friends have been here many times. Never disappointed. Service is always good ask for Eddie she is the best! Bacon and forty niners are awesome! Coffee is as well. The only slight downside is for a breakfast of 4 you won’t get out for under $50.00. I guess you get what you pay for.

I've been coming here intermittently for years and even when the place was jam-packed, it has never lacked for service or quality. If you ask for smaller portions, they will give you smaller portions with a small discount. If you ask for any other accommodation, they will handle it. The food is always quality and the portions are large. I usually skip lunch after eating breakfast here because I have no room for it. :) They do crepes perfectly and I highly recommend having them.

I love this place. Service is always prompt, accurate, and friendly and the food is consistently good. My favorite steamed omelet is the one made with corned beef hash around St. Patrick's day. They have made it for me at other times of the year even though it is not a regular menu item. It should be, though! This visit I decided to try the spinach steamed omelet and it did not disappoint. It was delicious and huge, The chicken maple sausages were also very, very good. The omelet was large enough for me to save it for 2 more meals along with the sausage. I am a repeat visitor whenever I am visiting the area and highly recommend it to others.

I have visited this location several times in the past and was extremely satisfied with both the service and food. I just recently visited this location in orland park on a wednesday in which there were no more than 10 tables occupied in the restaurante. We were seated by the hostess and sat at our table for over ten minutes without a waiter coming to our table. The hostess and the manager were not observant of the lack of service at our table. Which is shocking since we were seated right by the hostess desk! My family decided to leave since at this point we were waiting over ten minutes. Looking around the restaurante, you could tell there was not a single staff member servicing tables and instead everyone was having a good laugh in the kitchen. A couple came in at this point and was seated, and guess what! A waiter came out right away and went to serve them. We deciced to leave the restaurante and no one bothered to stop us since the manager, hostess, or any staff member was around to stop us. I guess standing in the kitchen and office was more important. Was very happy with your service in the past, but the fact that we waited for over ten minutes in our booth is outrageous. Especially on a extremely slow day with all your staff hiding in the kitchen and the manager clearly not paying attention to the needs in the restaurante. Maybe look into better training and hiring a new manager.

I was excited to see the Corned Beef Hash was made fresh and ground with onions--delicious! My side order with an egg was more than I could eat. Service was excellent with a bottomless cup of coffee.

My husband and I wanted to treat our college aged son to breakfast on a Friday morning. The service was good and the food was fabulous. The pancakes our fabulous. It isn't cheap but it is very good. I usually take a container of food home with me. The restaurant is always clean.

Arrived early Sunday morning and the place was crowded. After a short wait, we were seated in a back room which was great as one of our people need wheel chair accessibly seating. Worked well. Our waiter was good, but a bit overwhelmed at times. Need a little more assist to make his job easier. The food was very good, fresh and hot at service. I ordered the spinach omelette and added beef salami - good! Juices were a bit syrupy and had to ice and water it down! Toast and pancakes were good, coffee a little pedestrian. All and all even with the overcrowding it was a good experience.
