The worst Subway I ever been too. The customer service is horrible. The guy working there acted like I’m doing him a favor. They guy was ignorant and rude. They don’t care about there customers. No other Subway’s would charge you extra for lettuce. I am not coming back to this location ever even if they offer food for free.

I've been here twice and it is by far the worst Subway I've ever been to. The employees are terribly rude, they don't honor any Subway promotions or coupons, and their drink refrigerator isn't even plugged in. Go literally anywhere else to eat.

Absolutely tragic. It says the close at 8 but the doors were locked at 6. 2 hours early like wat you know how to run a business right. Obviously not. Super stingy with everything and if you do want food just go to the circle k right next to it. Even the speedway is better yes gas station food is better then this absolute tragic establishment if you even want to call it that. I tried using a coupon on 2 footlongs and they looked me dead in the face and said no. I just turned and walked out of the store. They want to be disrespectful just be disrespectful back they should own this place it's a disgrace. Don't go here I would honestly recommend eating a cows eye then this place.

First no greeting. Next you get grumpy faces and a sign that statesthey dont honor Subway coupons or offers. Next when you ask for beggies on the sub , you get hardly anything. No thank you, just grumpy faces. When I went the two employees working were in backing having a verbal argument in a foreign language. Not real professional. This places was the worse Subway I have ever gone into.

Do not go stay away eat dirt instead, eat dog p*** instead, it will be better,,,,the man and lady who run this shop are evil, stingy, and act like they are doing a favor. Hardly anything on sandwich, asked for more veggies, nope,,,leveled off the scoop of chicken, oops he put too much on,,,, sticky dirty tables. Evil knievel looks on faces, again, stay clear.

This store does not honor multiple Subway coupons or multiple Subway promos , but wants to use the Subway brand name. I get that each Subway restaurant is independently owned and one of the cheapest restaurants to franchise. But don’t tell me a valid Subway promo is not valid just in your Subway restaurant. If you wanna make your own rules then change the name of your sandwich shop or GTFO.

This is the absolute worst Subway ever. The husband and wife are rude. When my kids only get meat and two veggies, one would think I would not have to repeatedly ask for extra pickles and banana peppers. I will drive to Lemont, they are the best!

I never write bad reviews ever, but this place made me sick to my stomach. I am an Indian & this cheap people are spoiling the reputation of all the Indians. I am sad and fell sick just by thinking that this guys are running a scammy business. Man don’t even think about going there.!!! :( Never ever go to this place. Trust me there won’t be a positive experience ever…..

I’ve went to this subway 3 times now and every time it’s absolutely horrible. Today the meat looks like it was sitting out for a day and when i asked for lettuce he gave me a pinch. I had to ask him 3 times and still it was literally 8 pieces on my sandwich. These guys are cheap and want to save money by giving you less. Didn’t even eat the sandwich past the first bite. Go for the extra 10 minute drive to actually get a good sandwich.

Before COVID, they spent more time talking on the phone than actually working. Now with Door Dash, they can't follow instructions or get the simplest orders right. Waste of money.

I came to this location a 2nd time within weeks thinking surely my first dining experience there was just an off day for the couple behind the counter. It wasn’t. Apparently this is their permanent demeanor. Talk about rude. I gave the man my order, he didn’t ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted, he did it anyway, & when it came to the vegetables?? He kept yelling “and?”“and?” “and?” AND? Talk about stingy! I repeatedly had to say “more,” & he’d plop down 2 black olives.I carried my order out only to find no napkins were included. I will not be back to this location, & judging from others’ reviews, they won’t either!
